Add your logo, business description, activity fields, contact details, and company profile. A complete booth gives buyers enough context to understand who they are negotiating with.
Collect square product images, certificates, datasheets, and technical documents before opening the product form. Preparing these assets first makes the registration flow faster and more consistent.
Enter the product category, technical specifications, inventory, price, currency, minimum order quantity, and delivery conditions carefully so buyers can compare your offer with confidence.
Select the clearest image as the main product image and arrange the remaining gallery items in a logical order. The first image should show the product clearly without distracting crops.
Submit the product and follow its review status from the dashboard. If any field needs correction, update the product details and send it again without rebuilding the listing from scratch.
Check buying requests related to your categories and only respond when you can realistically supply the requested quantity, timeline, documents, and commercial conditions.
Use the internal chat to coordinate price, delivery, documents, and next steps with the buyer. Keeping the conversation in SNTA helps both sides track agreements and shared files.
